Cropped Boot-cut Jean Outfit #1

IMG_0596.JPG

One of Hayley’s lines that she carries at her new job is Seven For All Mankind Jeans.  Of course, her new closet is full of these jeans, and I am so jealous.

She happened to have a pair too big for her, so she had me try them out.  They are great and stretchy, yet hold their shape after long hours of wear.  She gave me the “cropped-boot” cut,  and I love their details.

They have a seam down the middle, are faded at the knee and have a split at the bottom.  Best of all, you have to size down 2 sizes to fit well!  I love when this happens!! 😉

Again, I am imagining all the ways I could wear these puppies!!

Here is one…casual.  I thought this would be great for running errands or for long travel plans, where you are on your feet a lot.  You would look cute but comfortable!

I chose a blush top with a tie-bottom.  I am seeing blush EVERYWHERE!  Decor, wines, clothes, bags, etc.  And, the tie is HUGE right now.

For accessories, I added tassel earrings and a cheetah-print clutch.

For shoes for a casual look, I love my traditional white Tre-torns.  They are just classic!IMG_0594.JPGIMG_0595.JPGIMG_0605.JPG

I love how the LOVE BUG  is photobombing this! (They are EVERYWHERE!)fullsizeoutput_1682.jpegfullsizeoutput_1681.jpegIMG_0609.JPGIMG_0607IMG_0608.JPG

These jeans are on the high-end as far as pricing goes, but I see them as an investment for their quality and details.  I am going to get my money’s worth out of these as much as I can with all kinds of possibilities!!  Hopefully, you will be seeing these soon!:)

Let me know what you think!

Toodle-oo,

Melanie

*A little p.s.  I know you know today is 9/11.  That day stands out in my mind so vividly, even 16 years ago.  My mom and I had been on top of the World Trade Center just the week before, and my husband was evacuated that day from the tallest building in Cleveland, Ohio, without any contact.  President George W. Bush landed Air Force One in our backyard at Barksdale Air Force Base, and it seemed like our world of freedom was truly denied that day.  But, you know what, we overcame!  We survived! And we became more united as Americans!  I hope this 9/11, you reflect and thank God for our freedoms as we know it, and realize that we are a very blessed nation!!!!
