Grateful Grab Bags

If you have read my bio, you know that I like to start everyday with a grateful heart.  I like to thank God for all of my blessings, putting everything into perspective and making me realize how good I’ve got it!

Here I thought I would let certain people know at work how grateful I am for everything they do for us.  I am giving these “Grateful Grab Bags” to our office staff, but you could do these for school/Sunday school teachers, hairdressers, friends, co-workers, etc.

I did a women’s spa theme, but you could put in just about anything.  For men, I thought they would like gum or mints for their car, a sunglass/glasses cleaner cloth, fancy shaving supplies, and/or a mini-liquor bottle.

Here’s what you need:fullsizeoutput_18a4.jpeg

Start by stamping “Grateful” to all of the tags.  I used gold ink!fullsizeoutput_18a2.jpegfullsizeoutput_18a3.jpegfullsizeoutput_18a5.jpegfullsizeoutput_18a6.jpeg

Then, instead of shredded paper or tissue paper, I decided to use these artificial leaves to give it an autumn feel. Pull the leaves off of the stems and place in cellophane bags.fullsizeoutput_18a7.jpegfullsizeoutput_18a8.jpeg

I had fun shopping for these little goodies!fullsizeoutput_18a9.jpegfullsizeoutput_18aa.jpegfullsizeoutput_18ab.jpegfullsizeoutput_18ac.jpegfullsizeoutput_18ad.jpegfullsizeoutput_18af.jpeg

Stuff your bags.  Tie tags and ribbon around them.  (I used a small, clear rubber band to put around the top to make tying easier. You can find in the hair accessories aisle.)

I think you would make someone feel special with something so simple!

I am grateful for all of you who are my readers!  Thank you for all of your support!
