DIY Gifts: Bath Salts and Sugar Scrub

IMG_9755.JPG

When we went on a birthday trip to Oklahoma back in August, my aunt brought her essential oils.  We had fun making some bath salts and sugar scrub.

They would make great gifts for friends and loved ones.  I actually loved using both of these myself, too!

Let’s start with the bath salts.IMG_9692.JPGYou need Epsom salt, sea salt, baking soda, ylang ylang, lavender and food coloring.IMG_9722.JPGPour salts into a bowl. Add several drops of oils and food coloring, and mix well with a spoonIMG_9732IMG_9746.JPGIMG_9748.JPGPour into a container of your choice.  Tie some ribbon around it and add a tag for a gift. Or, just place by your own tub and enjoy a soak!IMG_9757.JPG
