What I Would Order on the Road Traveling This Summer

I  have rounded up some popular restaurants you might see all over the U. S. and picked what I would order to stay on track.. (You know on vacation I let all rules go down the hole for one week! It’s my one indulging week of the year!!) So, I like to preface vacation and end vacation on the right foot.

Chick-fil-a

Grilled Chicken Sandwich (310 calories with only 6g of fat). I would add the Buffalo Sauce at 10 calories and 0g of fat).  Or for a few more calories, all at 45 calories and 0g of fat, the Barbecue Sauce, the Honey Mustard Sauce, the Smokehouse Barbecue Sauce or the Sweet and Spice Sriracha Sauce.
