A little update with life changes going on here at LL….
First off, Hayley is back in town living with us again. She has some new adventures on her horizon, and we are so excited for her future. Stay tuned!
Along with Hayley, Pope the Frenchie joins us also. Let’s just say Nola has a new BFF!Speaking of Nola, she is now 3 months old. She has been adjusting to our house along with being our class pet. Let me just say, she has been amazing. She loves the children, and they love her.
She takes a nap with them and wakes them all up with kisses.
At her 3 month vet visit, the vet says that she’s perfect! We think so, too.
If you happen to follow me on IG, you saw that we finally caught Ying and Yang and had them spayed. It was a daunting task, but worth it just the same. They were mad at me for about five minutes until I brought them out some gourmet dried trout bites! They were an instant hit!
Erin and Tyler are still going strong. We are enjoying their visits to Shreveport.
(FYI..These pictures are of us all having an impromptu brunch with out-of-town friends in town.)
Hayley and Auldon are, too. Auldon has some exciting new news…..he has joined the U. S. Navy! We are so proud of him and wish him well in all of his endeavors!
Rourke is loving his not-so-new job still. He and I are getting more accustomed to all of his travel little by little.
And, I am really enjoying teaching fitness classes after-hours. It’s definitely been a learning curve, but I am slowly getting more confident and knowledgeable.
Hopefully we will be starting some home improvement projects soon. I have some fun ideas up my sleeve, but for now, we are attacking the mundane replacements of a garage door, a sink hole, a hot- water heater, a tv, and heater repair…. 😦
I know I sound ungrateful after that last bit, but I am not! I am very thankful for all of our blessings, healthy children, a home, a job, health and most of all blessings of friends and family.
With that said, I cannot go without adding that I am very blessed to have readers like you! I am very thankful for your following, support and kind words. Thank you!
I am wishing you and your family a happy Thanksgiving!
