Going full-on gluten-free has really put a dent into my king cake consummation. Everywhere I turn there is a brightly-colored, stuffed sweet concoction with a baby inside just waiting for me to cave.
What’s a girl to do?
Why make a king-cake inspired frozen drink instead!
So, get out your blenders friends and cue The Funky Meters…..
Just add 1/2 Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey and 1 1/2 ounce of Smiroff Iced Cake Vodka to a blender…To that add 1 healthy scoop of vanilla ice cream….
And another healthy scoop of Pecan Pralines ‘n Cream ice cream…
